PRODOOR® is a revolutionary RFID Access Control System for the commercial and residential industry that manages the essential functions without the necessity of wiring the network.
The Idea is simple yet sophisticated: Door addresses are encoded in the Badges to identify the Badges with the authorized doors. Each user is equipped with a Badge containing information specific to his/her Access authorizations:
- Site Codes
- Addresses of doors to be opened
- User ID
- Time Schedule
- Surname
- First name
- Loss index
The UGT Reader recognizes the information within each tag and grants or denies access accordingly.
The controllers are configured at start simply by a configuration badge with predefined parameters, to be held up in front of each reader. Configuration is thus instantaneous and simplified as much as possible (no PC, PDA, or proprietary tools necessary).
Need event buffer from the door controller? Just download it using transfer smart card and you are done.
The loss index is used to cancel a Badge upon presentation of a new Badge bearing a higher index. In addition, the control unit contains a "Kill Badge" function, which makes a theoretically canceled Badge unusable by erasing its data.
PRODOOR® is designed to encode Badges by supported Internet software and the USB encoder.
